Commercial Pressure Vessels

Hydraulic Accumulators

Lightweight repairable bladder accumulators engineered for hydraulic systems where weight, durability and packaging matter.

Steelhead's accumulator families span compact 4-liter units through 30-gallon high-pressure bladder accumulators and 40-gallon low-pressure systems.

Steelhead PowerMax, MicroMax and AccuLite hydraulic bladder accumulator product families

Lightweight fluid-power storage

Composite accumulator technology for demanding hydraulic systems.

Steelhead's accumulator portfolio includes aluminum-lined Type III composite shells and all-aluminum Type I shells engineered to reduce system weight while supporting demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic applications.

The family includes high-pressure top- and bottom-loading PowerMax bladder accumulators, compact MicroMax bladder accumulators, and low-pressure AccuLite units.

300–6,000 PSI

Product families span low-pressure through high-pressure hydraulic service.

4 L–40 gal

Configurations range from compact bladder accumulators to large 40-gallon low-pressure systems.

Type III Composite + Type I Aluminum

Type III composite platforms use aluminum liners and carbon-fiber reinforcement, while AccuLite uses all-aluminum Type I construction.

PowerMax Series

6,000 PSI Composite Bladder Accumulators

High-pressure Type III composite accumulators with top- and bottom-repairable configurations. Both use a seamless 6061-T6 aluminum liner, carbon-fiber structural reinforcement and an external glass-fiber protective barrier.

PowerMax top-repairable composite hydraulic bladder accumulator

Top Repairable

Bladder service through the gas-port end allows maintenance without removing the accumulator from the installed system.

  • 6,000 PSI / 414 bar
  • 5- to 30-gallon configuration
  • 12-inch nominal diameter family
  • 3.5-inch industry-standard steel oil-port opening

Bottom Repairable

Large-port architecture supports service access from the oil-port end, traditional steel threaded connections and enhanced neck-mount support.

  • 6,000 PSI / 414 bar
  • 10–30 gallon configurations at 6,000 PSI
  • All configurations also available at 3,000 PSI
  • Threaded or flanged oil-port interface
MicroMax composite bladder accumulators

MicroMax Series

MicroMax

3,000–5,000 PSI Bladder Accumulators
