MICROFORCE
DIAPHRAGM ACCUMULATOR

Steelhead Composites’ MicroForce diaphragm accumulators are a family of lightweight, 3,000+ psi (207 bar) accumulators currently available in 0.5 and 2.0 Liter internal volumes. These compact, lightweight composite accumulators provide unmatched form and functionality for any weight-restricted applications where mobility and strength are top  priorities. The 0.5L weighs in at 1lb and the 2.0L weighs in at 4 lbs.

These diaphragm accumulators are aluminum-lined, Type 3 composite pressure vessels which provide excellent resistance to Nitrogen permeation. These robust and durable vessels contain a fluid port on the bottom end that is available in a variety of standard port configurations, and a gas port on the top end to pre-charge the diaphragm accumulator with Nitrogen.

FEATURES & BENEFITS

EASIER TO INTEGRATE

Lower weight results in less requirement on structural connections and reduced vibration on ancillary equipment. The MicroForce Series allows for a direct exchange and/or replacement of parts

ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT

One-fourth the weight of traditional steel diaphragm accumulators

COST COMPETITIVE

Steelhead’s composite accumulators are cost competitive with traditional steel diaphragm accumulators
